I'm glad we found eachother.
Welcome,

Deep Roots
Psychotherapy
As your therapist, I offer a path to get to the root of your pain. Your struggles are not your fault; they can likely be traced to your own childhood and the coping strategies you learnt to survive.
My primary role is to show you how to feel your feelings rather than avoiding them.
Learning how to feel authentically is the key to relieving your anxiety and developing a stronger sense of self.

About Me
My name is Jacqueline
I am described as being deeply compassionate, warm and honest.
If we work together you'll experience a real relationship that deeply challenges you and supports you wholeheartedly at the same time.
Growing up in an unstable environment this work is deeply personal to me. It wasn’t until I found nervous system healing that everything changed for me; It’s not just something I practice - it’s something I’ve lived, continue to explore, and am profoundly committed to.
I love what I do and feel honoured to get to do it.

Finding the right therapist can be difficult
That’s why I offer a brief check-in call—so we can chat and you can get a
feel for what it may be like to choose me as your therapist.
I encourage you to share your needs, fears or any worries that may be coming up, then take the time you need to decide if it feels like the right fit.
How I Work
It is not widely understood that the body holds our emotional history. Unprocessed experiences are stored in the nervous system and impact how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves, others, and the world.
This is why willing yourself to “just feel better” or “change” doesn’t work—true lasting change requires connecting with your body, mind, and emotions.
Sadly, many of us were not taught how to do this and it’s never too late to learn. Therapy isn’t just about understanding what happened. It’s about changing how it impacts you now—how you show up at work, in relationships, in the quiet moments with yourself.
As an integrative holistic psychotherapist, I weave together a range of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, Gestalt, family systems therapy, attachment work, parts work, and nervous system–focused therapy. Together, we will uncover what has been keeping you stuck or causing pain and begin building something new—something grounded in awareness, safety, and possibility.
